Meet Jami, an accomplished professional recognized for her comprehensive expertise in Human Resources, marked by a master’s degree in Human Resources Management specializing in Organizational Leadership and Change Management from Colorado State University. With a trajectory that seamlessly evolved from foundational HR roles to an impactful focus on Ethics and Compliance, Jami boasts a wealth of knowledge across multifaceted domains.
Her proficiencies span a spectrum of critical HR facets, encompassing benefits administration including wellness programs, the design and execution of training and development initiatives, onboarding and offboarding processes, strategic leadership cultivation, and innovative employee engagement strategies. She also brings her adeptness in policy formulation including employee handbooks, precision-guided recruitment methodologies, compliance oversight, and a dedication to advancing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives. Moreover, she brings to bear a proven acumen in performance management and conducting incisive workplace investigations.
Having excelled as a Human Resources and Compliance Manager at a mid-sized organization, Jami progressed to a role as Principal and Vice President of Human Resources and Recruitment at an HR consulting and Recruiting firm. Leveraging her rich reservoir of knowledge, Jami embarked on an entrepreneurial journey, starting an all-encompassing Human Resources consulting and recruiting venture.
